Food sales at the Drift Masters Ahvenisto
Drift Masters Ahvenisto is seeking diverse and high‑quality food vendors to serve thousands of motorsport fans. The event will take place on 11–12 July 2026 at the Ahvenisto Race Circuit in Hämeenlinna, with an expected attendance of approximately 10,000 visitors per day.
Sales stands are located in central areas of the event site, close to the stands and main walkways. We are looking for interesting street food operators and diverse food concepts that complement the event’s service offering and can serve a large audience throughout two intensive competition days.
The application period for food vendors is open until 31 March 2026.
FOOD SALES STANDS
Food sales stands at the Drift Masters Ahvenisto are located in central areas of the venue, close to the stands and main walkways. In addition to the stand fee, food vendors are charged a 10% commission on turnover generated during the event.

3 m x 3 m = 500 € + VAT 25.5%
3 m x 6 m 950 € + VAT 25.5%
3 m x 9 m 1400 € + VAT 25.5%
Plus 10 % commission of turnover
Product and service sales stands
The event is also seeking various product and service vendors to complement the experiential atmosphere of the Drift Masters event. Sales stands are located along the main visitor flow routes within the event area, for example near grandstand sections and primary walkways.

Marketing and visibility cooperation at Drift Masters Ahvenisto

Media accreditation and application
Media accreditation for the Drift Masters event is applied for by completing the official application form through the international organiser’s website. Before applying, applicants must review and commit to the series’ media policies and regulations. The application is personal and does not guarantee accreditation, and all decisions are made by Drift Masters on a case‑by‑case basis. The application deadline for the Ahvenisto event is 1 July 2026, and late applications will not be accepted.
