Why Ahvenisto?

Ahvenisto is practically made for drifting:

  • Dramatic elevation changes make the layout both demanding and visually impressive
  • Natural stadium offers excellent views of the entire track
  • One of Finland’s most legendary circuits, in continuous use since the late 1960s

The Drift Masters promoters were particularly impressed by Ahvenisto’s unique character and challenging profile – something never before seen in the history of the series. The drifting layout at Ahvenisto has been designed by Finnish drifting pioneer and Drift Masters professional Juha Rintanen, who used detailed elevation data and simulator work to fine-tune the racing line.

A Full Experience for Fans and Families

Drift Masters at Ahvenisto is designed as a full-scale event for fans, families and partners:

  • Top international drivers from across Europe and beyond
  • Close-up action in a compact, atmospheric venue
  • Food, drink, hospitality and side programmes at the circuit
  • Easy access: Hämeenlinna is a historic city about one hour from Helsinki and Helsinki Airport, with hotels, restaurants and services close to the track

Drift Masters at Ahvenisto will be one of the biggest motorsport events the circuit has seen in decades – and a new chapter in the story of this legendary Finnish race track.
