Incoming inspection
Upon arrival at the event area, all visitors will undergo an entry check. These checks are intended to ensure everyone's safety and comfort, as well as a smooth event experience, at this large public gathering.
If you wish, you can request that the examination be performed by a person of the same gender.
Entry checks are conducted by the event’s security personnel together with the event staff. You can speed up entry by following the staff's instructions and leaving prohibited items behind.
First aid
RRMT is responsible for the event's first aid services, drawing on extensive experience in providing first aid for events of all sizes. A dedicated first aid station serves the public within the event area, and first aid patrols also circulate throughout the venue for the duration of the event.
