Arrival at Ahvenisto
The Ahvenisto Race Circuit is located just a few minutes from the center of Hämeenlinna. The track is easily accessible by car, public transport, foot, bicycle, and taxi. Traffic arrangements for event days are designed to ensure smooth flow, given the large number of visitors.
Arrival from abroad
- Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalta Hämeenlinnaan on noin 1 tunnin ajomatka.
- Junayhteys onnistuu myös lentokentältä (vaihto Tikkurilassa).
By car
Ahvenisto Motor Circuit address: Poltinahontie 47, Hämeenlinna
Follow the event signs directing you to the parking areas. Please note that only card payments are accepted in the parking areas. Parking spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and parking tickets are valid for the day.
The nearest parking areas are:
- Pohjantähti Arena – €10/day (Poltinahontie 11, 13130 Hämeenlinna)
- Loimua Arena – €10/day (Härkätie 17 B, 13600 Hämeenlinna)
- Kantola Drift Camping – €5/day (Puusepänkatu 9, 13110 Hämeenlinna)
- Pööli Parking Garage – €13.50/day (Vanainkatu 1, 13200 Hämeenlinna) – Moovy-parkkisovelluksella 50 % alennus tapahtuman ajan
- Kaivoparkki parking garage €13.50/day (Kaivokatu 13, 13100 Hämeenlinna)
- Keinuparkki parking garage €13.50/day (Talaskuja 2, 13200 Hämeenlinna)
Event Line 69 kulkee Kantola Drift Campingin, pysäköintitalojen sekä keskustan kautta, joten kulkeminen on sujuvaa vaikka auton jättäisi kauemmaskin.
Accessible parking is located behind the Konttoritekniikka store (Poltinahontie 11). An accessible parking permit is applied for separately using an application form. Please note that space is limited.
Moottoripyörien pysäköinti samoilla pysäköintialueille. Pohjantähti Areenan ja Loimua Areenan pysäköintialueilta löytyy tasaista asfalttipohjaista aluetta pysäköintiin.
Public transport and event bus route
There are good train and bus connections to Hämeenlinna from various parts of Finland.
Keskustasta Ahvenistolle pääset helposti tapahtumalinjalla. Bussilinja 69 ja 69A kulkee keskustan ja Ahveniston läpi koko tapahtuman ajan. Linjan toinen päätepysäkki on Poltinahontien varressa, tapahtuma-alueen läheisyydessä. Toinen päätepysäkki sijaitsee Kantolan Drift Campingissa, Kantolan tapahtuma-alueella. Linja kiertää rautatieaseman pysäkeiltä, mikä helpottaa jatkoyhteyksiä. Matka maksaa normaalin paikallisliikenteen bussilipun verran.

On foot or by bike
Visitors are encouraged to arrive at Ahvenisto on foot or by bicycle, as the event area and parking lots will be crowded. Ahvenisto is located 2 km from the city center, so the distance is quite manageable.
The parking area for bicycles and scooters is located in front of the Konttoritekniikka building, at Poltinahontie 11.
Arrival by recreational vehicle
If you are staying at Kantola Drift Camping, the site is located about a 10-minute drive from Ahvenisto.
Kantolasta pääset radalle helpoiten käyttämällä Tapahtumalinjaa 69. Bussin päätepysäkki sijaitsee suoraan Drift Campingin vieressä ja kyyditsee asiakkaat aina Ahveniston moottoriradan tuntumaan. Check out the motorhome park and book your spot.
Entrance and wristband exchange
The main entrance to the event is located at the intersection of Poltinahontie and Ravikatu, at the address Poltinahontie 29.
Tapahtuma-alueelle kuljetaan turvatarkastuksen läpi. Huomioithan ennakkoon listan sallituista sekä kielletyistä asioista. Turvatarkastuksen jälkeen on rannekkeenvaihtopiste, jossa kaikki liput vaihdetaan rannekkeisiin.
Jokaisen tapahtumakävijän tulee olla itse henkilökohtaisesti paikalla rannekkeenvaihdossa. Rannekkeita ei anneta irtonaisina mukaan. Näin vältytään mahdollisilta väärinkäytöiltä.
Please note that separately purchased paddock tickets must also be exchanged for a wristband at the gate.
Advance wristband exchange
Thousands of guests are arriving in the area, which will cause temporary queues at the event site. We recommend exchanging your tickets for a wristband in advance to avoid queuing.
Advance wristband exchange will take place:
July 9 at Linnanpuisto, Hämeenlinna, at the Pre-Event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Kustaa III:n katu 8)
July 10, 5–7 PM and July 11, 8–11 AM at the Goodman Shopping Center, on the plaza stage. (Kaivokatu 7, 13100 Hämeenlinna)
